In addition to event equipment services, facilities management is responsible for maintaining and maintaining a large number of event-related rental materials. Below is a list of items with their rental cost and the approximate number of items we have for each. There is also a delivery/setup fee for most items. The fee is an hourly rate based on the number of items requested.

In addition to our offered items, facilities management staff are happy to rent non-standard items for you, including pipes/curtains, special chairs/tables, steps, etc. There are several markups for us to rent the material for you, and we may pay the rental and delivery fee through the Wedding Event Equipment Services request system.
